Galactus with the Ultimate Nullifier should win... that thing can wipe out multiple universes in essence. I just don't see Ares getting over on something like that.

@king_saturn: the god wave is supposed to be the power of all the gods in DC including the new gods, Olympians, and asgardians. Odin and Zeus DC said their combine might could take anti-monitor from scw and Zeus is suppose to be the most powerful magic user in the DCU not multiverse just Earth-0 which suggest he is more powerful then Dr.Fate who has fought specter a multitude of times also ares is amped so his realty warping should be amped after feeding of a war that's been happening for a 1000 years and continuing around them

I'm pretty sure Galactus with the Ultimate Nullifier wins. That said, I'm not too well-versed on DC Ares - but I've heard that he is multiversal with Godwave.

Nobody knows what justifies "fully satiated" for Galactus. It might be a few planets to the entire universe. Maybe he doesn't have a limit to the amount of power he can handle but if he considers one planet now and then just scraps, then that might be similar to a few bites of a large buger and a few fries :P I'd say 12x planets is a full tummy for Galactus, but its entirely possible that the entire universe is his limit. Even so, that might stop at just one Universe. The god wave is potentially multiversal and should take Galactus out.
