Quicksilver isn't fast enough to cause Aquaman any trouble, Aquaman has tagged much superior opponents and as soon as Quicksilver is caught the battle is over. Another thing Aquaman has going for him is that if you've ever read a comic with Quicksilver he always likes to stop and brag and since it's an in character battle Aquaman has the mental upper edge as well.

Aquaman. In the recent Throne of Atlantis event he blitzed WW on land showing he possesses superspeed on land as well as underwater.

He only needs to tag QS once and it's over.
