Namor can control sea creatures. And aquaman putting his had through Namor would be like him doing it to Superman, not going to happen. Additionally Namor is not a fish, he is the first mutant.

First of all Namor is actually a Mutant Human/Atlantean hybrid, he is amphibious so it doesn't mattter whether he is underwater, on land or in the air (because he can also fly). He has super super strength from both his atlantean and mutant dna which has alowwed him to kick the hulk's ass regularly. He has super speed, stamina, agility,reflexes,durability and healing. He CAN telepathically control marine life, as well as atlanteans and even humans(but not as easily as simple minded fish obviously). Some versions of him allow him to control water and even shoot it right out of his hands and also the ability to take on the abilities of other aquatic life like natural sonar and bio-electricity. Now if he has Neptune's trident (which he usually leaves at home, but if aquaman has that ridiculous magic hand then I'm gonna say he brought it) it can completely control any water (including ice and steam) it has mystical powers that can heal, damage, curse or bless what ever he points it at aaaannnd can "transform objects, willing subjects, and even the wielder, to any desired form with added abilities." so unlimited possibilities there... So yeah Aquaman would never get close enough to use that magic hand. Also Namor is much smarter and fiercer then Aquaman and isn't afraid to get dirty and break the rules.
For added bonus to all the Namor haters... Aquaman was a rip-off of Namor who was created 3 years earlier and was wildly successful leading to DC coping him and feeding off him ever since (for instance when namor got the trident, several years later aquaman followed suit, the same with most of his powers) at least until DC threw in all the stupid magic shit. They are very similar so it might be a good fight but Namor would win for sure.

I'm assuming magic hand = water hand here but that means he stomps. He has a DEATH TOUCH. Also red hulk is only good against people who emit or use energy attacks. He absorbs the gamma hulk gives off which amps him.

He didn't beat Red Hulk, that's crap. He ragdolled him around, and was stupid enough to punch Ross out of the water. Ross was fine and dandy, and started to talk with Cap about his next mission 5 seconds later; not to mention, Red Hulk can't breath underwater, and Namor used that to his own advantage. Ross was not even fighting back.
