No Phoenix, two rounds (morals on and then morals off). Fight takes place on a beach, 50 feet away.

besides, aquaman also posseses telepathic powers. he has been seen to use his powers to great effect against the White Martians and Doctor Polaris, using mind control on other telepaths, eavesdropping on thoughts, and setting memory blocks in people's minds. i'm not sure if jean's powers can work on aquaman, her telepathic powers are strong, but not as strong as professor X.

Her tk can counter everything (through flight and shields) except the transmutation. Is there some kind of enchantment that prevents her from just taking it from him and tossing it a few miles away? She could just stop the flow of blood to his brain, like she did to Rictor back in X-Factor.

I'm not betting on him being more skilled or more powerful in telepathy.

This would be difficult fight for Jean. Even worse if Aquaman has his trident, he is not only strong but with his trident durabilty and strength would be trouble for jean plus his telepathy.

Indeed, but his strength is really not a factor if he can't get his hands on her, and the trident (also powerful) can be BFRed (unless there is evidence that removing the trident is not an option). Since this may in fact be a Jean with locked away telepathy, his telepathy will be a big problem.

However if his telepathy is as strong as you say, it could very well serve to unlock hers, as a powerful psi attack by a Dark Rider is what unlocked it before. Even as tk Marvel Girl, Xavier was still having telepathic sessions with her to develop skill in the use of telepathy, and that's obvious. He said he would unlock it when she could handle it, there would be no point in making this comment if he weren't training her in it's uses, because if it just stayed lock away at the level he locked up she would never be able to handle it as it would be just as untrained.

The trident wont be so easily BFR from aquamans hands this fight will be based off endurance and stamina and i dont see jean lasting as long as aquaman

Why not? If he's not expecting her to be a telekinetic he won't be expecting her to take it out of his hands. His endurance can be taxed by her keeping him out of the water, unless this weakness has changed. (please inform if so.) Her powers would make it so he can't actually physically engage her, so what other than her levitating will test her endurance and stamina?

Round 2 I give to him all the way, round 1 could go either way, if she keeps away and fights smart.

but enough to stop a someone as strong as ac? someone who can hurt superman lv beings..she might not be strong enough to just rip away his trident..IIRC the trident gives him control over nature and teleportation...since their on a beach he would probably go to the water, making him faster, stronger and then hes got tidel waves to use aginst her...this is all assuming its young jean, im going off the pic..any other version I think she wins..

I agree, but he does not know she can move objects with her mind, I don't see him coming in with a steel grip on the trident, which leads me to believe she has a chance to simply take it away. She never has to go near the water though and can be airborne, without the trident, his only option would be to leave the water and try to confront her in the air. First round can go either way providing she fights smart. Round 2 morals off, he could just use the trident and end it quickly, so I give that to him, if we are using young Jean.

Aquaman with or without the trident would prove to be much for Jean Grey without access the the Phoenix Force.

His strength alone could penetrate through her telekinetic force fields, as can his magically-powered trident. Aside from this, his telepathic skills was powerful to face Despero even with help from the Martian Manhunter, which proves that he could hang with powerful telepaths themselves so she's just going to get distracted after he commands countless sharks & pelicans to attack her, while he fries her already unstable mind.

TP wise Aquaman would need to high end to make this more then a quicky.

TK wise.... Look i like Aquaman, and he's durable enough to take the hits. But he's basically getting BFR'd and ragdolled this entire fight.

I'll back Aquaman on this. The biggest issue is the beach nearby. Jean tends to get over-whelmed by numbers consistently and does tire while Aquaman is fresh to go with a splash.

He has the TP resistance to last against her. He has the physical durability and healing rate to take blows. He has the resistance feats to deal with molecular manipulation if it goes that far.

His striking power is beyond what she can maintain with shields. He has the speed feats to blitz these days. He's used magical abilities that could cause issues.

Aquaman doesn't need his high end here. Jean needs hers.

I do. I just think she gets oversold while Aquaman gets undersold. But I respect your opinion on this one. ;-)

Jean with moderate difficulty

Her TK is powerful enough to block his attacks for awhile, and her TP is too strong to resist

Aquaman if TP is off, Jean if TP is on.

This is wrong. Jean consistently has no problem with numbers in either telepathy or telekinesis. The other person had it right when they said you don’t know about Jean.

By what feats? What telepath has he resisted that scales to Jean?

Based on what striking feats? Jean has blocked island size explosions, attacks from Black Bolt, a punch from Abomination, and way more powerful tk shields feats than these.

Jean’s high ends are not what Aquaman can handle.

A shame about Aquaman, but Jean is the most powerful telepath on the planet. You should not be surprised about her hype being so high.

Leaning Jean more often than not. If Arthur gets within melee range though...

Jean's got fairly meh TK but the TP is too much for Aquaman to handle. There's too many occasions where he's either getting beat by high tier telepaths or at least not having much success with them.
