Aquaman is way too powerful and versatile for Antman to best him without any prep. Also, his triden's magic would eliminate Antman, while his telepathic abilities would incinerate his mind.
Depends a lot on variables. Where does the fight take place? What ant-man is fighting? Bloodlusted and Morals off? Ant-Man can win if he shrinks and enters Aquamans body. Then he could attack multiple vital organs with impunity.
@xxxcarzellxxx: Hank Pym or Scott Lang take this. Aquaman can't mentally control them, they aren't fish. They are protected from most mental attacks because of their helmet. Pym or Lang shrink Aquaman down to the size of a guppy and drop him in the desert or an ant farm. Or they could just have the insects attack him or grow to mega giant size and belly flop on top of him. Aquaman is out of his league here.
Mera is the one with the power to take water out of something.
Even if Antman enters Aquaman's body, Aquaman mindrapes him. Otherwise, Antman has no way of hurting Aquaman. Aquaman hits him out of the park or Antman is eaten by sharks.
@just_sayin: that scenario is a tiny bit far fetched don't you think? I mean pym and Lang are good, but aquamans strength, durability and versatility are important factors that will be difficult to overcome
@redatom1234: In Avengers 71, Hank Pym has his yellow jackets sting Namor and the Submariner comments how they are able to hurt him even though he has super thick skin. I'm assuming that Namor is from a similar section of Atlantis as Aquaman. Hey, if you think a regular sized ant can't hurt Aquaman, then let him be bit by a 100 ft ant that's been treated with Pym particles. How about being stung by a 40 story yellowjacket or eaten by a giant wasp. Not big enough, not a problem for the guy who can grow to the size of cosmic entities. Face it Aquaman is bug food.
@just_sayin: ant man is good, not doubting that, but during all of this, is aquaman gonna stand there and get stung? No. like I said, his versatility is difficult to overcome. Maybe those stings can hurt him, and maybe the ants are quite big, but just take a look at aquamans stats and abilities and you can see that this battle should really go to him.
His trident can now control waves etc post convergence. He can leap high and fast, his suit is literally bulletproof with his face coming somewhere close. I think he might have sent superman flying. I'm not the most knowledgeable person on aquaman but from what I've heard and seen, I'd give this to him
@redatom1234: Aquaman is my favorite superhero and I love that they have been playing up his strength since the new 52 but even I got to admit he doesn't have the goods to take Pym, maybe Lang. Pym is a super genius with literally dozens of laboratories in his pockets. Marvel wiki has him at class 7 in strength, which is said to be incalculable (7 has a minimum range of 100+ tons). Pym can grow bigger than universes and shrink out of this dimension. Pym can command insects of any kind. He can grow or shrink people and other things at will. He is the Mcgyver of the Marvel universe and create any tool or weapon.
