Hmm...strength of a T-rex(which animal man has or least what I am seeing) I am seeing is less then 1 ton(can bite down with 2,000 newtons of pressure) now as for their weight I am getting mixed ideas on that weighing from 4.5 tons to 6.5 tons to 9 tons. Now Aquaman can lift much more then that(I think...60 tons? on land, and far more under water), however being that Animal man could change qualities I am unsure of who would win here, if Aqauman could go under water he gains better speed, strength, etc and could also call on a squad of sharks or dolphins or whatever.
But then again, what I am reading of animal man he could just adapt to all that so I am with holding answer for now.
