Aquaman/Black Manta/Ocean master vs World War Hulk/Loki

Aquaman has 150 soldiers at his side.

The battle area is not near water. It is in the average city.

Can Aqua Man and the rest stop Hulk and Loki from destroying the city?

Loki's magic is more powerful than Ocean Master. WWH can take out all 150 soldiers, maybe tens at a time with thunderclap. Left is Black Manta and Arthur vs WWH and Loki. I think if it were BM and AM vs Hulk they can find a way to win, but with Loki they don't have a chance to be honest. I think Loki and any Hulk lower than WWH can be beat by the team, but not this time.

EDIT: Feel a bit dumb after posting this. If team 1 sends OM to fight Loki while BM, AM, and army fight WWH, all at once they can maybe, 6.5/10 beat WWH. Then if OM isn't turned into a fish by then, the three can team up on Loki and win. But that's my scenario 2. So I'm 50/50 right now.

i really want to say team 1, but i don't think theres any way they can put hulk down

Interesting fight...and an unlikely mix of marvel companionship...team 2 can definately pull some wins...no question...im just not that sure what team 1 has to offer that team 2 can't handle save the amazing trident that arthur wields that is quickly becoming one of the strongest and most effective weapons in comics since caps shield, thors hammer, and wolverines adamantium claws...i say if team plays it smart and let om put spell on hulk and if arthur and manta can keep loki busy long enough maybe...just maybe..anyway team 2 for the majority 6/10 but i can be swayed in my decision...

Wait, wait...team 1 has 150 atlantean soldiers...hell atlanteans are all about 3 tonner or above with sophisticated technology supported by magic...strategically used as a distraction will be enough to to give team 1 a better edge...this makes this a better match....hmmmmmm
