Aqua Avengers Vs. Tech/Mechs Vs. Might Masters

The Heroes have divided in a battle for the safety of earth. There are no more heroes left on Earth but the ones in this battle and they have decided to stick with there archetype. There are morals but conflicting views and unshakable beliefs keep them from holding back on there once close friends. Battle takes place in New York City with no civilians. The Teams Start Approximately 75 yards away from each other. Each team has an hour prep for combat & tactical purposes. They can not use any additional equipment or outside resources, They must rely on the normal powers/tech they use unless noted otherwise. 7 Members on each team, 2 DC, 5 Marvel, Who wins this battle?

Going with Aqua Avengers...dont see anybody that could put Iceman down....and Aquaman with his hand will a be a problem to

Kind of thought he might be a little much but I felt he also may even things out. Red Star may be able to take him.

I don't see anyone on other teams who would be able to take out Namor. Other people of this team are also very powerfull. 
 
Hydro-Man himself is able to take out most of his enemies.
 
Aquaman's strength is great, adding to this his TP, he is a great threat to others. 
 
IMO, if Namor would try to take out each one of the last team to air and punch them there, he is able to solo defeat them.
 
I see only Iron Man as a threat for him,  but even Iron Man would need help. But Namora should be able to at least hold War Machine or defeat any other person from  second team. 
 
IMO, Team don't even need Hydro-Man and Iceman to win it.
