1) Apocalypse is attacked by all of the rogues, no prep for him or the others.

2) Apocalypse has three hours of prep and will have them one at a time.

@Youngcircle: No. Apocalypse would one-shot the Doctor, Ock has no way of harming him. And for Sandman, he will just flush him out with water from a nearby source. Rhino won't able to harm him due to Apoc's durability. He gets one-shotted as well. Shocker blasts won't harm Apoc.

The only way the villains can win is to let Electro absorb with gigawatts of electricity and unload it all to Apoc at once, even then their chance are slim.

Electro has the potential to solo..so does Doc Ock, Hydro-Man, Vermin, Swarm, Scorpion, Kraven, Kingpin, Paste Pot Pete, Kangaroo, Chameleon, Sandman, Mysterio, Vulture, Hammerhead, Tombstone, Osborn, Hobgoblin, Purple Man, Beetle, JJJ, Shocker,Carnage, Crime-Master, Venom, Jigsaw etc etc, but due to their inconsistent characterization they probably go down..but not easily..

Apocalypse takes this round one. If the mob has access to all equipment they stand a chance with prep. Lots of brain, tech, and versatility could play out for them. It's is assuming they could all work together, all being villains this has often been an issue with team like this. They all have their own agenda, audit usually doesn't work out.
