SS is initially stronger, faster and more durable than Apoc. However Apoc can draw on outside enrgy sources to strengthen himself. Could he draw power from SS or his energy blasts ?

I have not seen Apoc absorb energy blasts and I think that SS could easily draw the abosorbed enegy from Apoc's body.

So with all that in mind, SS wins.

You make a good point until you sed that I would have thoght that Apocalypse would win.

Apocalypse's power varies by the situation. He's held his own against countless heroes, yet he's been brought to his knees by a couple of lousy vampires (vampires with Apoc's life blood flowing through them, but still... vamps)

So it's tough to say exactly who would win, however if there was one being on Earth that could defeat SS it would be En Sabah Nur.

I'm going to say Silver Surfer would win, but Apocalypse's powers should be defined more so we really know what he can and can't do.

Apocalypse would lose more than likely. Surfer has total molecular control. So he can probably change Apoc's genetic code for all we know.

Silver Surfer curbstomp. Apoc can't destroy planets... Cyclops had enough power to fight with him. Apoc feel his strike and SS blasts are VERY more powerful than Cyclops blasts...

Silver Surfer controls the "Power Cosmic" ... and can do an insane amount of stuff with it beyond just energy blasts. I mean the guy creates space warps and can hold his own against the most powerful entities in the Marvel Universe.

He'd waffle-stomp Apocalypse so hard it'd be over in seconds.

I'm a huge fan of both these guys but I have to say the Silver Surfer especially because of him matter manipulation abilities. (he can turn Apocalypse to stone or any other substance) plus just like Apocalypse, Silver Surfer can augment his strength to rival the Hulks.
