Apocalypse vs Shao Kahn

Apocalypse (x-men villain) vs Shao Kahn (mortal kombat villain) no prep and both are blood lust..... Fight takes place in Egypt, both are at their peak of their power! Who wins and why?

Mortal combat is an unfair comparison to a lot of things. Shao Kahn at his peak is a god, and without the laws of mortal kombat in play is basically immortal. His powers are extensive, and his physical prowess is astounding. Apocalypse is no push over, but Shao Kahn is one of the most powerful fighters in the MK 'omniverse.'

I think it would be a fair fight, and they would match each other, but, one side takes damage and fatigues, and the other is never hurt, and never tires.

Shao wins

Since when was Shao Kahn ever a god? The only confirmed Gods that fight in Mortal Kombat are Shinnok and Raiden. You really think he can hurt Apoc at the peak of his power? He gets mind assaulted easy.

Kahn at his most powerful was able to kill Raiden in Mortal Kombat 9, and Raiden had to warn his past self..... Apocalypse at his powerfulest was able to take down Jean Grey (with some of the phx force), Cable, and Pro X at the sametime!! Another fully powered Apoc was able to ragdoll Stryfe in the messiah wars (I think but it was one of those books) and he took Stryfe as a host

in a canon MK4 comic it is shown how the power of God Protetor's blast borders on infinity and even the big bang can't match it.

in MK9's ending Shao Kahn laughs off not only that, but that with addition of power of all the Elder Gods, which proves that he's resistant to physical attacks and godly reality bending is needed to hurt him, and even then it's difficult.

unless Apocalypse has godly reality bending, or has Elder Gods lending him their power for the fight, he's not damaging Shao Kahn anytime soon.

@darklord_apoc: Raiden is nothing. he killed Onaga after losing the Wrath Hammer in the battle of Armageddon, returned to the Pyramid, finished off Blaze, and killed Taven who reached full godhood to devour his power. him killing Raiden afterwards is nothing in comparison.

@j3lly_m3lly: Raiden is not nothing he beat Shao Kahn, Shinnok and has reset the timeline plenty of times and do whatever it takes to win to the point where Kronika wanted to erase him from history lol...Raiden also shook the Earth vs his fight with Shinnok and nearly wiped out all humanity as he self admits in MK 4 monologue that he was responsible for the deaths of an entire civilization. The only reason Kahn was able to beat Raiden by MKA was because he was invincible with Blaze's power, which Raiden changed via his time changing powers. Honestly, no power amp gimmicks though Raiden has beaten him and kept him at bay for years plus unbound Raiden would destroy Shao Kahn since he managed to beat a full powered Shinnok at full power helping the Elder Gods out centuries ago.

Plus let's not forget MK 11 Kitana beat Shao Kahn by herself, if she can beat Shao Kahn unfair fair conditions nobody gets amped or what not then Raiden would murderstomp Shao Kahn...

Lastly, That MKA intro never happened, that was but a vision Delia(taven's mother had) which she confirms in the story of MKA Konquest mode, Onaga never picked up Shao Kahn, Shao Kahn just killed everyone....which Raiden confirms in MK 9 story himself.

He can't mind attack Kahn since he is immune to telepathic attacks, according to the OP rules here Kahn takes it. A full powered Kahn killed everyone in the canon MKA first timeline, as Raiden confirmed in MK 9, merged the realms on whim and won until Raiden reset the timeline and Kahn can take Pocky's soul. End of MK 9 amped Shao Kahn required a healed Raiden and the Elder Gods to take him out since he tanked an initial cosmic Elder God blast before they got a little more serious then destroyed him.

Actually since its peak that means Kahn has Blaze's power. So Kahn can just morph Pocky into.....well an actual pocky. Shang Tsung in his Armaggedon ending has morphed Shao Kahn into a slave centaur no reason Kahn can't just turn Apocalypse into something else like a weaker animal or object

Yeah MKA ending/MK9 beginning Kahn was like kind of stupid powerful by that point where he's literally glowing. That version was no doubt way more powerful than MK 9 ending Shao Kahn. Yeah that's true although Shang's ending in MKA isn't canon though like most, only Kahn's is the true ending it showed what everyone would/could do, like Sub's ending was cool he becomes an Ice God lol. But his like the rest were "what if they won" endings. Shao Kahn in MKA was essentially unbeatable, now maybe the EG or Titans could beat him we'll never know but at least by everyone else standard characters they all got spanked by him and he merged the realms with a thought when Raiden was begging him to stop. Shao Kahn essentially just turned himself into an unbeatable God by that point.

Apocalypse is a shapeshifter. He has the ability to control every molecule in his body. Doubt morphing would be the way to beat Apocalypse.

Oh yeah that's right. My bad I think Apoc still wins. Though I guess soul stealing is an option but I think Apoc's superior strength would kill Kahn before he resorts to it

Shapeshifting won't do much against Shao Kahn here, Shang Tsung is also a shapeshifter but below Shao Kahn and besides Shao Kahn here is omnipotent level due to Blaze's power.

Full powered both Shao Kahn will win via the rules of this thread. Full powered Shao Kahn here can do whatever he wants that's what Blaze's power granted him.
