I agree with lordraiden. I think it will be hard fight, but Hulk will win cause Hulk possesses the potential for limitless physical strength depending directly on his emotional state, particularly his anger. His durability, healing, and endurance also increase in proportion to his temper.
And Hulk gets angry really fast.

All Apocalypse has to do to increase his strength is will it to be so. Bio-molecular control kinda trumps raw physical power.

Hulk wins. Apoc cannot even handle the X-men

Um, Hulk is class 100, that's what he starts at, that's his base level, he only gets stronger from there!

Hulk at a calm state is class 70, but he goes up very fast I wouldn't want to be Apocalyspe .

Apocalypse is easily Hulk's match in strength. He could also just decapitate him or whatever. Hulk wouldn't be able to hit him. Apoc can phase/make his body mass too squishy for Hulk to effectually hit. He also has TK/TP and can fly.

it took the whole xmen and the brotherhood to bring down apoc

Well he hasnt been able 2 defeat tha x-men with over millions of years prep

probably apoc, i know he defeated him before and made him one of his horsemen i believe

Apocalypse would win because he's smarter but it would be a close one because he's also arrogant about how  powerful he is. He's got alot of weird powers and probly would just absorb or take out the gamma energy in Hulk.  As long as he doesn't underestimate the Hulk he'll win/ just keep stompin till he's a green stain on yer boot or else he's just gonna get up and beat yea with yer own leg.

If it's normal Savage Hulk, Apoc wins but if it's War or WWH or Uni-power, maybe even Maestro, Then Hulk can win.

Also in the op Apocalypse's greatest power wasn't listed. Not only can he shapeshift his arms but his whole body as well. He can effectively grow to sizes greater than skyscrapers. Also he can form virtually any appendage such as rocket blasters, wings, laser blasters etc. Apocalypse ftw.

Apocalypse was able to choke out Hulk in a comic, but that version of Hulk was weaker

If base form hulk I'm leaning a 50/50 with hulk winning in a prelonged battle. They're both solid high tiers and current apoc is one of my favourite characters out of hickman.

Apocalypse isn’t a solid high tier. Hulk beats him up.
