Hmmmm I a guy who struggles to take over the world.. vs a guy who is the CEO of an orginazation that takes over planets for a living, kills off the inhabitants, and then resell it..

I'm going with the CEO here that would be Frieza!!!!

Apocalypse. He has like... 100 ways that he could put down frieza, where as frieze is limited to only a few options.

apocalypse is supposed to be the most powerful mutant and yet the writers at marvel are so all over the place with him. he went toe to toe with the hulk but the hulk wasn't at full strength. frieza definitely has the win here, I doubt the apocalypse would survive a planet level explosion.
