Seriously...I love magneto and his abilities certainly puts him in the fight with the big boys...but I feel Apocalypse and doom are just bit too much for him...and it could either way between the two...slight edge with doom because of sorcery.....
Doom probably has a counter measure for Magneto magnetism. As a Magneto fanboy, I must take into account that AoA Magneto totally destroyed Apocalypse.
If debating is needed, I will support my argument, but for now:
I'm sorry but Apocalypse is not only one the first mutants to ever exist (which gives him centuries of experience), but he is also an immortal genius, can manipulate energy and matter to his will, is able to teleport and has a gifted healing factor.
How on Earth are the other two going to defeat him?
@jashro44: to me magneto isn't a contender. He can't hurt doom because of dooms counter measures. And he can't hurt someone on a magnetic level, when said person has control on a molecular level. He maybe wins 1 round. Doom vs Apocalypse is a tough call, but dooms mystic powers should prove more than a match for apocalypse. 6/10 doom 3/10 apocalypse 1/10 magneto.
@surfingthehighway: apocalypse is often beaten by street level xmen. Cyclops blast hurt him. He has a few high end feats that can be seen as outliers compared to his usual character. Apocalypse also has no way of fighting the mystic arts. Doom is the second greatest sorcerer. You do the math on who should win.
@pastepotpete: doom without prep is a little above street level?!? That's blasphemy. Spiderman is a little above street level. Doom without prep could quite possibly beat the avengers. He's second in line for sorcerer supreme.
@sophia89: I'm in class. To be honest I shouldn't have to post a scan of apocalypse losing to the xmen. Anyone who reads xmen should know it's happened quite often. But I'll post scans after I get out.

Weren't Cykes beams enhanced by Jean Grey in that occasion? Either way, he's still immortal, so the others still need to find a way to incapacitate him. Has Apocalypse ever been hurt by magic/mystic arts? I'm not trying to mock you by the way, I'm genuinely asking because I've never seen that happen.
I'm not saying Apocalypse wins either, I just want to know how he can be defeated.

Loki also isn't nearly as powerful as Doom in mystical arts. I dont think the blast was enhanced but Cyclops blast even upgraded shouldn't hurt someone who tanked black bolts scream. He's too inconsistent.

@shawnbaby: no I'm sorry his clones and his armor or without using magic are not at our iron mans level sorry more like green goblins level he has better AI I'll give you that his his model seem to be more genuine and more human but far as doom iron man d go weaponry armor goes no
