Round 1: Random encounter in the streets of Manhattan. Fight starts 100 feet from one another. All have standard gear. Pre and New 52 feats apply for all DC characters. Grodd has no "speed force." All feats and versions of Ultron apply except Age of Ultron and Phalanx Ultron. Victory is via death, ko, or incapacitating.

Round 2: Same rules but Team 1 gets 12 hours prep and Team 2 gets 1 day prep.

@New_World_Order: Is this a stomp both rounds? I could see Ronan one-shotting Ultron honestly.

Team 1 Ronan is MVP on team 2 but he should be able to go down.

It won't be easy, but I agree that Ronan can one-shot Ultron. But Ultron can do the same with Ronan or at least stop him from doing, Ultron is faster and smarter.

With prep, team 1 won't lose, because Ultron will get access to celestial tech.

Ultron already made Ronan his pawn. Or were this just Ultron's minors?
