Hmmm....Kryptonite could be a problemo here,but bats would make superman a suit for that becuase he's batman. 
Superman can solo with a suit,but if bats can't make a mech or something,he might get killed in the crossfire

if its current supes im inclined for team 1 on this. Apocalypse has the same amount of prep time as batman and has the celestial tech which to me is greater than bats. The only problems i really see here is the fight seems like apoc and his horsemen vs superman. Apocalypse has a lot of abilities himself he might not be as strong as superman but apoc does have his bio alteration  power which could give supes a hard time. depending on what he does. so it would be like superman cant hit him and war hulk is very strong not as strong as supes but bats could get beat fairly easy in this fight.

Famine could possibly drain the solar energy from supes body unless supes takes him out fast. 
 
For this fight im gonna have to give it to team 1 its alot of variables and what ifs and the factors tend to lean towards team one 

Batman isn't even worth being here as all of Apocalypses team own him day in day out but superman is the only threat & he can be hurt by apocalypses telepathic powers & the tech he has ,so team two .

Team 1 for easy win.

Both Superman and Batman are almost unbeatable. Together, there is NOTHING they can't do. They cover each other's weaknesses perfectly in every way.

Apocalypse doesn't have to have any prep for Batman to beat him, Batman has outprepped Darkseid before  Superman slaughters this team in a fraction of a second "

New Gods tech isn't greater. And Bat don't have an info about this tech in his prep, he has info about Apoc. "

Batman has to know what he will have to attack to make a good defence for it. He don't know Celestial tech. Also, Celestials tech is greater than any other. No one to this moment understood it. No one really knows from where it comes.

team 1. batman is useless in an actual fight whereas apocalypse and all his horsemen are extremely useful against superman. not to mention apoc's superior technology and far greater experience.

Superman has the speed advantage if Batman's prep gives Clark something like the Phantom Zone Projector then Apoc gets dumped.

Bruce also now has a robot army and mech suits to go with his Insider Armor
