Ajimu Najimi constantly broke the fourth wall and even changed the genre at one point though she isn't omnipotent. Also a couple more who's names I can't remember.

TOAA was never portrayed as Stan Lee. It is a common misconception. TOAA was portrayed as Jack Kirby and another marvel authors but never as Stan Lee
