One can throw the universe as a weapon and the other eats the universe up like its breakfast. Tough to say but I think the Anti Monitor cause he can eat whatever the Anti Spiral throws at him.

The OP used SCW Anti-Monitor, so the AM probably loses. However, if this were CoIE Anti-Monitor, he'd rape the Anti-Spiral and then do the same to its entire species for fun.
