Trigon. Granted the Spectre needed aid from the mages to face the Anti-Monitor, Trigon on the other hand draws his power from either the universe he is in or his home (the collected universes he's conquered) and he has no qualms about draining all of it if he needs to (Added I am not sure the AM gets stronger the more he's conquered?). Added the Anti-Monitor was beaten something like 4-5 times during various stages of COIE, had a brief pause before he returned again.

i'm not so sure, we have never seen trigon at maximum power, much less than eating more than an entire universe,

but to be save, Anti-monitor 6/10

Trigon at full power is said to be, by raven, able to destroy/conquer universes in the blink of an eye. Granted he needs to be amped by at least one of his children to do so. I believe the Anti Monitor is powerful but I'd say Trigon wins 5/10 times without the amp but with the amp he wins 7/10 times

@waynewilsonslade: Honestly my knowledge about the Anti Monitor is really low but I do know he has absorbed many universes probably the same amount as Trigon or more but that all took him a while to accomplish (because he has no life span and he absorbs universes pretty much galaxy by galaxy) While Trigon takes universes with the help of his kids

Trigon with the blink of an eye can destroy the whole universe. I believe he can win this 6/10.

the Presence himself had made a deal with Trigon before, (sending Phantom Stranger to trick Raven and deliver her to Trigon, as a mean to stop him to invade main DC at that time) that shows how high is Trigon importance and status. Trigon was also confident and bold enough to take on the Presence at some point, when he was the implied leader of the Council of Eternity but as I said he was defeated off panel though surviving .

Anti Monitor wins. Trigon is universal whereas Anti Monitor is multiversal.

I do. The biggest quantifiable combat feat from Galactus is destroying three star systems in Annihilation wave.

Galactus has destroyed galaxies. Are we talking about the same Galactus? I'm talking about the one from Marvel comics.

Galactus fought Tyrant in a war that lasted Eons before accomplishing that feat. Galactus could never do that in a short time.

@jagernutt: It says Galaxy. It say's the annihilation eve was obliterated and the galaxy swept clean. That's more than enough evidence suggesting he is galaxy level.

He did use a machine to do it. He did destroy an infinite amount of universes, which makes him multiversal.
