The same principle applies to Chaos King as well, everything he destroys becomes a part of him making him stronger.

Despite the whole hyperbole, apart from beating Spectre, Mandrakk himself is pretty featless.

This should be Anti-monitor (COIE) vs Chaos King - which is very close.

Mandrakk isnt on the same level, as he doesnt have feats.

@Killemall: I agree with you because the whole Mandrakk thing with him eating stories and him toying around the Anti Monitor in the first crisis is BS. This is because Mandrakk is a part of the original monitor that gets killed by Anti Monitor in COIE.
