Like any Gods and Cosmic E. Anti Monitor has control over him molecules and body. I don t think Molecule Man is able to defeat Anti Monitor alone. (My opinion)
Sinestro Corps War Anti Monitor is the only monitor they can defeat.Not even at half power in this form.
