Damn, seriously? Do I need to give the Anti Bricks another heavy hitter?

Citizen steel is pretty strong and IIRC he has a impressive healing factor. When gog was throwing the JSA around including KC superman he couldn't even budge citizen steel. I don't know if even wolverine can do more than cosmetic damage. All though citizen steel isn't fast so if his durability can't withstand Logans claws he should go down easily but I don't know how much damage wolverine can do though.

@jashro44: Couldn't Logan cut his arms off? Can Citizen Steel regrow limbs?

Anti bricks, CS would be a major threat if he wasn't so slow

I know he can regrow limbs I don't know how fast he can regrow them though.

I don't much about him though. I'm going mostly off things I recall @beatboks1 saying. Not even really sure if I remember something that were said properly.

@lukehero: Sorry idk enough about Citizen Steel or the Star Wars franchise to give an accurate opinion. I see Jashro already tagged Beatboks, who I think is one of the leading authorities on him, he'll probably be able to give a better opinion on this one.

When Nathanial became CS he was a cripple who had ingested the organic steel of the Nazi villain who was part of the team who killed his entire family under Vandal Savage's suggestion (part of his ploy to eliminate all of the JSA's line as they had always been a thorn is his side). Nathanial only had one leg having had the other amputated after an injury. The nature of the organic steel now a part of his make up made the leg regrow. I wouldn't however call the regeneration "quick" nathan was in a coma and his leg was regrown when he came out of it.

So yes his limbs have regenerated, though whether that would work well enough in combat is any ones guess (and pure speculation). He's never suffered damage enough to have required it and we have no way of knowing if he can regenerate fast enough as this happened while his powers were developing.

A more pressing question is how Logan or anyone would be able to successfully cut off his limbs. Even getting through his armor (which is designed to slow his movements and make them more controllable for him.

His armor has a tensile strength of 280,000 pounds per square inch. That's 127 metric Tonnes per inch. Admantium is able to cut it but Logan's strength isn't sufficient to make that happen. It would basically require someone who's a 100+ + + strength level wielding Logan's claws to get through his outer armor alone.

I don't see anyone in team anti-bricks achieving that somehow

They could still stab him or shoot him in the face once they realize he has extremely durable armor though? Also how well would he do vs the Mustard Gas Grenades? How well would he do vs promethium bullets to the eyes? DS is a very good shooter.

@lukehero: I don't know if promethium can cut his eyes (assuming his eyes are super durable). I guess he could hold his breathe to counter gas.

Captain Britain is also a bit of a problem IIRC. Isn't he actually insanely fast when he is at full confidence?

@beatboks1: @jashro44: Mustard Gas Works really quickly, that's why I am wondering if how he does vs poisonous gas? Also it doesn't need to be breathed in. If it makes contact with your skin, you're screwed. Unless you have an awesome healing factor.

He seems to be faster than anyone aside from Obi-wan who I don't know much about.

@jashro44: @i_like_swords is an expert on Obi Wan, so we'll have to wait for him. Wolverine has tagged speedsters though, but he could give the group some problems due to speed and flying.

@lukehero: Thing is wolverines admitted his method of tagging speedsters is to survive long enough to figure out there patterns. If captain Britain is using his speed and strength in combination wolverine isn't going to have the chance to figure his pattern out.

@lukehero: @jashro44: Obi-Wan has perceived sub-light speed ships in slow motion, and he's deflected an armies worth of blaster fire amongst other speed feats in the hypersonic range. So, he should be able to react to Captain Britain, I think. Depends on if a lightsaber can cut him. They've been capable of cutting through creatures which live in lava, capital ships which can withstand hundreds of thousands of tons of pressure, and they have other cutting feats I can't quite remember which are along the same lines.

@lukehero: Citizen Steel is made of living steel ala Colossus. I doubt Mustard Gas will work on him.

In terms of bullets to his eyes I highly doubt that would work. he doesn't wear the armor to protect himself but to protect others from himself. Every part of his body both internal and external is either made from or coated in the same organic metal that comprises his muscles.

The tissue parts of his body like muscles are straight organic metal while others are coated in it to allow their normal function.

The whole reason for the armor is to reign in his strength so that he wont hurt those he loves by simply trying to shake a hand. Because he can't feel he has no idea how much strength he is using.

The purpose of the armor is to make his strength more manageable. Think about tit to move even his finger means that his finger alone can lift 100+ tons. to be able to move his arm from his waste to say his shoulder requires bending nearly 3 feet worth of metal with the tensile strength mentioned. In other words to raise his arm requires physical strength of nearly 40,000 + tons (and that is before he uses said strength on someone or something else). As it stated in the scan it "should at least halve his strength". So without the armor we can reasonably calculate his strength at neat 100 k tons (at least 80 k anyhow)

As far as gas goes we have no way of knowing he never faced that type of attack as far as I can recall. I will however pull some JSA All Star issues to check. Never really got into that one so much, so even though I bought all of them haven't re-read,re-read, re-read them the way I have most other JSA runs. Though honestly I don't think he played a very big role in it.

I was thinking bricks but my inner fan boy of obi wan has got me thinking beacuse he could be a big factor here it all really depends if CS can be cut by the light saber
