I doubt that. AntMan Pym has stalled Ultron. Pym could also BFR SPidey with Pym Particles. I dont see anything SpiderMan can do that Pym couldnt get out of

One punch to the face is something Hank cannot get out of.

Pym can do a lot with Prep...but prep is not given here.

Unless he's got something specifically to counter the Spider-Sense...it's not going to matter

Yeah i don't see ant man staying full size and just getting punched in the face by spidey. ant man can wage war with spidey on a molecular level, not really sure how spiderman stomps what he can't see..

Spider-Man is faster and more skilled than pym they are equals in the strength department but spidey has webs and reflexes

Only four ways I think this ends:

1. Pym stomps Spider-Man literally. Pym goes big and gets rid of the Spider.

2. If Pym goes small, he goes subatomic and passes right through Peter's mask. He runs up into his nose and brain punches him. The end of the Spider.

3. Pym shrinks Spider-Man then stomps him. Same result as number 1 but a lot less mess to clean up.

4. Or Pym reaches into his pocket and pulls out a gadet to end Spider-Man. My personal favorite would be if he pulled out a novelty can of whup ass. He then shakes it up, points it at Spider-Man and as he opens it causes the liquid contents to grow rapidly washing the itsy-bitsy spider down the water spout. If the Spider survives and comes back out, Pym enlarges the can to the size of the empire state building and drops it on Peter.

Since when are Pym and Peter anywhere near each other in the strength department? Yes I know Pym gains superhuman strength if he grows to giant size. But his upper limit is maybe 25 tons, and that's when he himself weighs 50 tons. Peter is currently a 40 tonner at a minimum.

Everyone talks spiderman ip to levels that he isn't. And doesn't think ant man can do anything. Hank or scott could both win this.

Ant-Man jumps into Spideys mouth and then goes back to regular size, killing Spiderman by destroying his skull. Honestly I'm not sure who wins but don't see it being a stomp in anyone's favor.
