Another Street Level Tourney. Surpised! (closed)

Rules:

1. Pick Comic Character(s) Pictures.
2. Cannot pick the same Characters.
3. All Pictures are versions as shown. Some are current, others by Picture are specific versions. If not sure, then ask.
4. All DC Characters are all current. However Pre 52 Feats are allowed.
5. All Characters who are owned by Multiple Comic Companies can use feats from all the companies it has been under. Futher more any Comic with canon outside of comics (Novels, Movies, Games, ect) can use thos Feats as log they are Canon with one of the Comics.
6. Manga Characters are as Pictured. In the case of those Mangas are Pre Time Skip if they had a huge Time Jump (I.E. Power Jump) or gain silly EOS Power upgrades for story sake.
7. All pictures with multiple characters or people in it, like Tarzan and the Gorillas, are all characters you get with that one pick!
8. All are equipped with Standard Gear.
9. Keep in mind there will be mission like settings in killing the other team. Oh Snap. Also bringing back Perks!

Yeah, I can work with that since there are like 4 versions of Hob Goblin, Also in one of those he was the Green Goblin IIRC. A Good Guy Goblin with maniac Laugh attack.

All are good by Katatra and Toph. Funsiized grabed them long ago. Also Bane was cut out of it as best I could. No point having Bane in there with them when he is technically there superior.

I don't have the time to enter this and dedicate to debating effectively, but I am supremely shocked Spider-Man, Spawn, Carnage, and Scarlet Spider haven't been selected.

Not a single one of the "manga" picks are street level by DC/Marvel standards and all have powers and stats above peak human.
Bradley and Urameshi both have potential to solo an opposing team.
