Powerhouse team wins. Nova goes down relatively easily. Blue Marvel, Thor, Sentry and Hyperton can take Bill Surfer and Gladiator. Vulcan has beaten Quasar before and Ronan goes down pretty easily too.
Ronan vs Ikaris is intresting, but Ronan is fauvorite.
Quasar vs Vulcan - I am closer to say Quasar, since they both will absorb energy of their enemy, but Quasar has a chance to create construct behind Vulcan. Chance, I am not sure about this.
Nova can imprison either: Sentry or Blue Marvel. And Surfer can finish the other one and the help each of his teammates.
Annihilators.SS can stomp most of them, since he has morals he will go easy with Thor but still own him in the end, and that is how Annihilators wins.
Thor has beaten SS every time they have fought. How can you say he beats Thor?

Thor holds back every time they fight too. Thor wins because his hammer can nullify the power cosmic attacks enough for his superior strength and fighting skills to let him win.
Everytime they have fought, Surfer has held back. There are many, MANY ways that Surfer could win against Thor. He is way too versatile for him, and also too fast for him.

Nova Prime is not going down easily. He's more powerful than you would think.
I'd lean toward Annihilators due to Surfer. Thor vs Surfer is perhaps about equal, but Thor will have his hands full beating Beta Ray Bill first, so he'll be more tired by the time he faces Surfer.
