Arnament Haki for everyone except Luffy?

He took a kick from Hody while in his natural form. Arnament is broken.. Giving it to everyone except Luffy is like allowing everyone to be at their peak while Luffy is stuck at ep 1 strength.

Let them damage Luffy without arnament..

Also, if you remove that arnament rule then Luffy wins.

Natsu probably wins even without his magic he is really strong and either equal to or above Luffy but oddly enough Natsu has the speed advantage due to Luffy needing to swing his arm around which gives Natsu a easy shot as well as the ability to dodge. I doubt it would be an easy fight but Natsu would most likely win. Yusuke and Ichigo were not amped with powers to fight yet so they lose do to human strength or enhanced human strength that wouldn't do as much damage to Natsu or Luffy.
