Scenario 1 - Pre New 52 , Scenario 2 - Post new 52 , Round 1 - in character , Round 2 - Blood lusted , No speed steal for flash if not needed , infinite mach punch if not needed , No mind rape soloing for man hunter , saber has Avalon , Batman and the League have 14 hours of prep but can not solo with it , The anime / manga team has 14 days of prep , no speed blitz soloing if not needed , No BFR if unfair , standard equipment for all , the anime / manga side are current , end of series , strongest before death ect , the comic side are at their standard forms , superman and power girl can not sun dip during the 14 hours of prep if not needed for both rounds , The anime manga team can be at their strongest forms if needed , Void Shiki , Archtype:Earth Arcrueid

I agree. The ops kind of confusing to follow, but judging from the looks of it the Justice League has a lot of restrictions. Which probably should say something about the match up itself..
