Prof X solos. Without him the X-Men go down after a decent fight.

Justice League beats the X-men soundly and easily. Too many heavy hitters on the JL with varied power-sets that include strength offense defense flight etc.

Beast, Gambit, Wolverine, and jubilee are useless and Cyclops and Storm have no durability. MM can handle Professor X and Jean Grey's TP while putting them down for the count.

Rogue is the only one with a truly well-rounded power-set( durability, strength, flight, offensive (no range though) power) and her only chance is to absorb a powerful JL member's powers (Superman or MM would be best) and even then she will get mobbed by the others eventually unless she can absorb multiple members very quickly..

Mismatch for sure.

What if you coupled Rogue's ability to absorb abilities and super strength. She could at least take Hawkgirl down (and maybe the Martian) . Beast and Jubilee useless.

With Prof X's and Jean's telepathy they could maybe overpower a few of them. Especially if we are talking Jean in Phoenix form.

Storm could do some damage, and Cyclops could form a plan on a level that Batman might (err that's stretching it but oh well).

Ultimately if you take at least 2 of the trinity out that is the only way you could give the X-Men a shot. Even then it would be an uphill battle for sure.
