While they may both be conduits for the red and the green, Animal Man is considered an upper street leveler, while Swamp thing is considered to be powerful enough to defeat Superman. Swamp thing stomps.

well you didn't list too uch info but what i can assess from what you have Swamp thing stomps. he cannot die. animal man CAN.

and Swamp thing while in rotworld will maintain his super strnegth and healing abilities while animal man is just left with his animal like powers.
