I would give this to Batgirl. She would have more experience and more weapons.

Barbra would be the victor, as Alpha said she has more experiance. May not be as strong as Dream but still would finda way of using Dreams strength against her.

American Dream. The shield made me do it.

i'm leaning torwds babs but i really don't know much about american dream.

Batgirl (Babs). She has the experience advantage here she also has more gadgets at her disposal. I think she could take 7 out of 10 fights against American Dream

If it was Cassandra Cain I would go with her but it's not so I say America Dream wins.

i never thought babs was all that good of a fighter but i dont really know anything about american dream so i dont know.

Physically, she's the more impressive combatant and only has slightly less experience.
Shannon has the better equipment, being able to block ranged attacks with her shield while firing her own disks at Babs.
And unlike Barbra, American Dream had the will to work past a dehibilitating injury.  That's right.  I said it.
