PIS, CIS, and WIS are admissible for thread purposes. No prep, standard equipment - random encounter on opposite ends of Metropolis. It is populated, but there is no outside help. A KO counts as a win. There is incentive to win but this is in-character. No BFR.
The combatants know each other's codename but nothing beyond that. Who and why?
