Question is could he copy reality warping powers? He was able to gain new powers on his trip across the universe, and could teleport Oa into another dimension.

Ordinarily I'd say either Jenny or the Doctor could solo this guy. Could he copy magic? Did he ever copy universe-level powers? If it comes down to warping vs warping I'd still go with the Doctor because he has the experience of the entire human race backing him as well as his own.

This Amazo was more or less a reality warper, or had some level of omnipotence. He BFR'd Oa with just a thought, and pimp-smacked the whole league.

Last time I recall someone took The Doctor's powers, he surrendered simply because he understood everything better.

It was the previous Doctor who had committed genocide. Once he tapped into everything and became one with it and had a moment of "clearness" he was then killed. That being said the doctor had to let him have his powers. I can't see him doing well against Jenny and The Doctor at the same time.

Dunno if Amazo could kill Jenny...
