Welcome to ComicVine mate, btw that's the god-amazo from the animated series, he was impossible to harm and had the ability to move planets from dimensions to dimensions at ease. Superman prime would most likely lose. But then this superman isnt the normal superman prime, so i suppose stalemate. We dont know the maximum potential of either characters too hard to judge.
