With all their powers combined, Amazo soon overpowered the Leaguers. When Superman showed up to try to stop him, he succeeded in emulating the Man of Steel's powers, despite Superman's best efforts to prevent it.
However, when Amazo duplicated someone's power, he also took in their weaknesses, i.e., Superman's vulnerability to Kryptonite, which Batman exploited after the android tried to copy him. As the android assimilated other traits, he also started to develop character, and began to question Luthor's intentions. At this point, Luthor activated a failsafe killswitch developed by Ivo to detonate the bomb at the base of the android's brain. However, having also duplicated J'onn's shapeshifting powers, Amazo could now regenerate himself and simply regrew his head. The disgruntled android turned against Luthor, tearing his battlesuit apart and preparing to kill him. Amazo only ceased his attack when the terrified Luthor pleaded for mercy. Upon realizing that he had nothing left to learn from Earth, Amazo gazed upon the cosmos, evolved into a gold version of himself, and departed to explore the universe. J'onn claimed Amazo had departed to go "where gods belong," prompting Luthor to scoff that Amazo is no god. Superman replied that Luthor should be worried if Amazo ever did come back.

After restoring Oa back to its original place, he departed with Dr. Fate, who proposed to help him in his search for meaning.
Amazo stayed with Dr. Fate until Solomon Grundy was resurrected as a mindless berserker. The android tried to stop him by teleporting him into the sun, but the zombie ― filled with chaos magic ― absorbed and repelled Amazo's cosmic blast. So as to prevent Grundy from becoming stronger, Amazo teleported himself several light-years away until he could figure out how to solve the problem at hand. Amazo has not been heard or seen since then.

During the Cadmus Crisis, Luthor created a second Amazo android (with his own face), intending to transfer his mind into it, having a photographic memory he was able to memorize the plans when the Atom showed them, but was stopped when Amanda Waller destroyed it with a nano-disassembler beam based from Luthor's designs to take down the original android.

I put my money on Amazo. Even though some people are saying he can't fight Magic, I think there was a distinction.
I have to believe that living with Doctor Fate allowed Amazo to further learn how to combat magic. Chaos Magic was not his forte, but I don't know if OF Thor is using Chaos Magic, so he may be able to fight him.
But that's just my two cents. I doubt it's a stomp, but I think Amazo takes this one.

Do you not realize how depowered the JL counterparts are compared to the comics? Wally West took a couple of seconds to circle the Earth at his fastest. SS can travel lightyears in seconds. JLU Wally West does not equal comic Wally West. SS can speedblitz him before he has time to react, due to the fact that no one, and I mean NO ONE on that show has posted speed anything near SS(I'm going off of feats here). Thor could probably blitz him.
Not only that but you seem to keep ignoring the fact that Thor has magic, which is not JLU Amazo's strong spot. The JLU versions are so depowered compared to their comic counterparts. Regular Thor(not OF), was able to lift the Midgard serpent, a snake as big as the Earth. That's not counting his upgrade boost from the OF. Show me some feats that suggest that Amazo(or anyone on that show for that matter) has the speed, or strength to combat either of these two, instead of saying that he beat a depowered version of the JL(most of them were no names anyways with little to no feats).

Amazo was the only one I remember being stronger than their comic book counterpart in that show. Every else seemed considerably weaker.
@christianrapper: Honestly i liked the justice league amazo granted he wasn't as brutal or cruel as his other versions are and he wasn't on the good guy's side( or league ). But in that show i think it gave him a little bit of character a person whom just wants to know rather than seek and destroy. I mean i guess that was the point of amazo, but i'd prefer the one searching for knowledge XD.

OF Thor solos. What on earth is Amazo going to do to OF Thor? You all do realize classic Thor has feats for fighting Atum on a star right? OF Thor has taken a nuke at point blank range. I think it might've tickled him. He has also contained a nuke and dispersed it's energies into a vortex.
He also decapitated The Destroyer....occupied by Desak....with one blow.
Here's how it goes down:
Amazo presumably using Superman and Wally's speed, strikes the first blow.
Thor then says: "No probs. I command time to stop!"
Amazo now appears to OF Thor like he is moving at normal speeds.
Then he pretty much has his way with him. Anti-force. God blast anyone? Let's see Amazo resist that.
