AM vs Eternity

Can the Anti-Monitor at his peak towards the end of COIE  when he absorbed the rest of the multiverse defeat Eternity? Let's say the AM takes out everyone at the end of COIE and crosses over to the marvel U and tries to take supremecy from Eternity! What would be the outcome?

If the Monitors are an extrauniversal race that ensure the smooth working of the multiverse, then they theoretically fulfill the role The Living Tribunal has in marvel?

 And if the Monitors are all descended from the first monitor whose counterpart was the Anti-Monitor, then could he be described as an "Anti-Living Tribunal"?

Why would there have to be a counterpart? Oblivion devours universes when Eternity lets him. Anti-Monitor does it when he freaking pleases. "

no. eternity doesnt "Let Him" oblivion does it at the end of the universe cycle. oblivion can also do it when he please. but it was revealed in order to keep the balance of the universe he is only allowed to do it at the end of the cycle... "

scans. also oblivion exist in more than one universe. not just 616 he is responsible for swallowing countless universes at the end of the cycle. when galans previous universe was being destroyed it was oblivion eating the universe, because his time came...... "
