Selene has the power to absorb life force which Alucard has an abundance of, and Alucard cannot properly digest certain people / beings (like Luke Valentine).

Nothing Alucard can really do here without info and prep.

Valentine was eaten by Alucard's dog. Alucard himself did not devour him, like he did Rip van Winkle and the Dandy Man. Different circumstances.

Selene wins this. Alucard doesn't have anyway of countering life drain unless this post-Schrodinger Alucard?

That's not true. Alucard never attempted to absorb Luke Valentine, he fed Luke to his Hell Hound, and his Hell Hound had a hard time digesting him.
