Oh yes, because being able to phase through a solid wall but not a person makes total sense. Yep, completely flawless logic there mate. Seriously, Boros charges at Alucard and suddenly Alucard just goes "Oh no! Someone's trying to attack me! I guess I can't turn intangible anymore!"
Scan of Alucard using intangibility during a battle, even once. You can't provide any ? Ok then.
Oh, and Boros wouldn't even be able to take a single one of Alucard's lives. The only instance we've seen Alucard actually 'lose' one of his souls was when he got his heart pierced by one of Anderson's bayonets and got decapitated simultaneously. So no, Boros can't win here. Worst case scenario Alucard wins due to Boros dying of old age. But it wouldn't come to that, because Alucard is FAAAR to versatile (magical healing-factor negating cards anyone?)
LOL no ! You don't need holy weapons to kill a vampire all you have to do is pierce their hearts, holy weapons just slow down Alucards regen, nothing more.
Alucard has literally nothing to even come close to harming boros, while Boros could oneshot him and all his souls if he decides to go level 0. Which he will eventually, since even Alucard needs to rest and feed so dragging the battle won't do him any good.
