In a poker game? Maybe Ghost. He has the Penance Stare.

When it comes to Alucard, it not many characters can beat him. He's just way to God Mode. Superman-Prime would destroy him and Dr. Strange would just seal him away. Basically, it takes a cosmic character to beat him."

There are other characters who could beat him. For example, Aji Tai. "

lol basically, this guy is so evil, he makes Darkseid look like a school yard bully IMO. He has the power to resurrect the dead with barely any effort and with there original powers intact and enforce his will into them. This guy can make  people explode with just a thought. I just keep wondering weather he could make Superman explode with just a thought lol He could make an entire go boom without even trying. He's a master of Sorcery and an omnipotent...though to what extent, i don't know.  (doesn't extend earth.)

Alucard would probably get a hard on from seeing all the suffering he caused.

The Penance stare wouldn't work since Alucard could just summon a bunch of shadow monsters to eat Ghost Rider while he is trying to do it. Also Alucard can teleport and run at the speed of freakin light

Alucard with his 3 Million + souls would most likely lose 
Alucard with Schrodinger's powers would probably win.  
As for the god powers, not to sure on Ghost Rider. 
This might be a stalemate .

This will most likely get locked, atleast the majority of the old comic vs anime i've seen bumped usually do.
