I think he wins despite his lack of showing and since his movies rely on plot rather than being an action movie, we don't see him using untapped potential. Because if D really is Dracula, no Vampire can kill him.

@Fragneto: Funny, seeing that Alucard from Hellsing is also known as Dracula. That's been confirmed already.

EDIT: D is a Dhamphir, half-human, half-vampire. So, he can't be Dracula, at all.

@Fragneto: D is implied to be the son or at the very least genetic offspring of Dracula with his right hand being Dracula's former right hand man no pun intended just couldn't think of a better way to explain don't know much of Alucard from Hellsing so I'd have to say D his feets in the books are rather impressive and as for his feets in the movies if you read the series you would know he's holding back  and has yet to go all out
