Draft Rules:

1. There are five rounds to the draft
2. During these rounds participants can get characters, abilities, and perks
3. If you cannot attend the draft make sure to send a list of your wants
4. Make sure to be knowledgeable on multiple things in the tourney so if something you want is taken you can replace it

Rules:

1. Standard equipment
2. Morals are standards
3. Characters receive no prep unless the perk is bought
4. Characters cannot soul or mind rape
5. Characters cannot summon minions
6. Characters cannot control members of an opposing team
7. Characters can only teleport themselves and there gear
8. Character speed is kept under hypersonic
9. No instant kill abilities like telekinesis crush
10. No intangibility or anything like it to attack or harm foes but it can be used to phase threw objects and attacks
11. Heroes are now willing to kill but not harm innocents
12. Characters with past relations will affect the outcome of the battle but a random team will work to the best of there abilities
13. Characters with extended canon universes feats are allowed
14. Participants receive 15 points
15. Participants can have up to 7 characters but only 5 can bu utilized each round
16. Participants can only choose one thing from the troop section
17. Win by any means except battle field removal

@mikep12: There's like no characters there I want to use, apart from Fett and the Strode crew - and I'm already using them in other tourneys/CAVs.

Also find it extremely weird that you host an Indie comics tourney without a single Valiant character.

@i_like_swords I can add valiant plus I'd imagine you'd be knowledgeable on clone troopers, and the other starwars characters. The draft hasn't started yet. I just need to know if your confirming a spot.

That being said though...I'd probably remove Jackie altogether. Even without creating Darklings, street levels would be hard pressed to actually beat him.

As for the troops there not necessarily overpriced. I'm pretty sure a group of clone troops would stomp anyone 2 and possibly 3 below so that should be fine and I'm pretty sure spawn and any character price of 4 would pawn a group of clones and the same with the rest of the troops there except maybe xenomorphs which are extremely powerful or at least up there with some of the five characters.

@shadowchaos: any specific point cost for these characters and are you confirming a spot in the tourney. Also any troop ideas?

@mikep12: okay Naruto and Sasuke are covered. Zenkichi would be a two or three. Same with Naze. Al and Ed Elric would be about three together and two separately. Seth would be a three. As for the deadmen depends on who you want.

elric brothers should be restricted to construction size though i think.. as of.. how big max that can be

@ssj_god: they wouldn't make something big for combat only as a shield so not that big a deal. The most they might make is a fist come out of a wall or some spikes.

actually.. i saw a tourney battle.. where someone used edward to create a 30 storried high fort with thousand cannons in the given 30 mins prep..

and he actually won the match on that basis.. that's why i told it :D

@ssj_god: ah I was considering in character. I mean in character he wouldn't do that nor would Al.

but that'll take many hours.. what if i give my list to the maker via PM .. with descending priority order.. that way no one have to wait for me... though i think point wise it'll be a little problematic

My power just went out and I had 6 notifications. And yes its a draft and I don't know exactly when it will start cause we don't have a full roster yet but hopefully tparks will join later.

u allowed characters to dodge attacks and go through it with intangibility.. what if characters like spawn keeps attacking while being intangible?.. no other characters (i'm sure not much here can hurt intangible being) can hurt him and he'll win easy without getting a scratch on him.

@shadowchaos: @ssj_god: I already said an intangible being can't attack or harm an opponent while intangible. Sure chaos but how many and what price?

still it could be quite haxed in actual fight.. what if the user say.. he attacked and got intangible again.. it could turnout problematic.. u can't determine getting intangible speed u know.. to say u can't get intangible in time after attacking..

i have a suggestion.. why don't u make a logging time for intangibility?.. means.. u can't go intangible say for 5 mins after u get out of intangibility and attack..

None of the one piece characters are street level at all in any shape or form except usopp and possibly chopper. Maybe just maybe franky pre-timeskip is fair. @ghostravage what do you think?

Most of the naruto characters you posted are too powerful. Neji and Lee and Sasuke and naruto when they were kids are okay though. But as long as lee doesn't get hidden lotus he should be fair. Tenten should be fair as well.

Aang is pushing it. He is nowhere near street level even out of avatar state.

Toph is versatile but should be okay.

She should be okay as long as blood bending is not allowed.

Zuko should be okay but he is practically useless.

the thing is.. classic spawn belongs to the super powered hero category.. he's nowhere near street level...if he's 5 point.. the kid naruto.. pre timeskip luffy 6 point is justified i think .. they both holds the max points in the whole list

aang always made same pointer as toph in all the tourneys i've seen so far.. but i understand he's stronger than toph.. though he can't perform metal bending.. still should be up a point

i agree with u on katara though.. blood bending shouldn't be allowed.

zuko was same level in power as katara (sorry can't help it... was shown it like that)
