All star superman was too weak to even fly into the sun. If hulk is angry enough, he wins. That's the deciding factor. And btw there's no way superman can break hulks arm, even if he does beat him.

I never really read all star supes too much but isn't all SS supes to be a superman that just basically show cases his high end feats and never loses, I've seen quite a few of his better feats in scans

does hulk get to wear a hat and turn it backwards when he is serious?

I've pointed out before that even if the Hulk was a thousand times stronger than Superman he still couldn't beat him at arm wrestling.

The minimum amount of strength needed for Clark to win is the ability to lift the Hulk. Once the match is underway the Hulk's arm will be planted on the table before he can react even if that requires Superman to turn the Hulk sideways.

At a base strength, Hulk will lose quickly.

supes will toy with him until hulk gets mad enough to win.

Hulk grips ASS from across the table, staring intently as ASS causes his rage to intensify. Hulk pushes and forces against ASS, until inevitably, Hulk comes out on top. ASS will be devastated and exhausted from the experience, but Hulk is ready for more.

I would probably back Supes, but I'm interested in seeing how Hulks strength feats compare with the 200 Quintillion ton feat.

That's like the weight of 3 Moons, it's not an impressive feat by planetary levels, WWH would break his arm with feats like overpowering energy capable of moving a planet out of orbit, pulling a planet 1.3 times bigger than Earth back together, repelling a Celestial larger than Earth by holding Dooms shield in place, pushing a Moon sized ship with his jump so hard and fast it ignites and collides with a planet moving at 500 000 miles per hour,separated matter and anti-matter balls with enough force behind them to obliterate a planet if they collided, holding the weight of a star, etc...
