You didn't even give us a basic list of gods you want included, or if you're including new gods, etc.

Dc pantheons have can't even destroy Wonder-woman outright. marvel gods (especially Chaos War Herc & Rune King Thor, which i hope we're including to make this more equal) are powerful, but i don't think they'll be taking down Lucifer.

I would be suprised if lucifer lost even with the new gods involved, but I think he meant the Greek pantheons for both along with the Norse Pantheon for Marvel.

If all of these are included and if we add Rune King Thor, Chaos War Herc and give Odin Destroyer Armor, DC Ares with godwave etc. maybe Pantheons would stand a chance?

The eldeer gods aren't necessarily a big factor here. Odin in the destroyr are armour was by celestials who arent near lucifers power range and the added number of elder gods wont change the outcome

@dondave: yes, but some of the elder gods are virtually omnipotent in there own realms. The OP doesn't specify the location of the battle..
