For people who doesn't know what "a fraction" of the Phoenix Force is...

This has been done by Necrom... a being who only has a fraction of the Phoenix Force... not even half of it.
Also...

I don't think Ms. Martian or the speedblitzer can just easily defeat these two beings whose power can summon infinite powers from the universe. Also, let us not forget Illyana and her soulsword and limbo that houses thousands of demons in her disposal.
