& your list needs to takeout all Abstracts & Angels cause they don't go under  "Magic", but Cosmic... 
 
 
I can't even think of a DC Mystical force beyond a Universal power for DCU...unless you include WF Mxy but then I would unclude HOM Wanda & only them two matter & that' one DC still loses...Let's just leave them two out...May include regular Mxy & 5th D beings though... 
 
 
But ShumaGorath would devour there whole dimension & take them out...

Oh stalemate. It's always stalemate. Every one everyone vs everyone fight ends in stalemate. In the end, it boils down to all of marvel magic versus all of dc magic, and you can't objectively claim either is more powerful than the other.
