Been done before. Superman should win. As far as we know alien X is universal. But Superman is multiversal and has made his own universe.

Wow I just re-read Superman Prime One Million.. he is so freakin lame. Most of his best powers are not even his! The 5th dimensional warping is because his decedent marred the queen of the imps... and then somehow gave him some of that power too.

He literally is Dues Ex Machina man.. holy shit I was just joking but damn DC really is shit aren't they. They actually went and made this guy by saying "And he went out and got all these really cool powers and then shared them with his decedents and they gave him their powers too.. so don't question why he is so uber" That is the worst writing.. hell in comparison Twilight is the world of Shakespeare.

Also.. are all his decedents immortal then? Because this one was the 67th centuries Superman.. and this is at a time when their at 700th century.. so how is he still alive? I thought they explained that his sundipping gave him eternal life? So did he revive them all and ask "Hey who did something cool that I can borrow?"

Also if 5th Dimensional powers are so OP then why did Superboy Prime torture Mxyzptlkif this guy could do this kind of stuff effortlessly? Did he forget he could do that stuff?
Why would the Imp Queen give her powers to another person even if it was her husband, why would she be ok with letting EVERY member of the family have this power. Is the power split evenly.. is it Infinite? Does SMPOM have more of it then the others?

How does he make the covenant before he has the magical control powers that would.. give him the magical control and reality warping power? Does he have the 67th one do it? Or does he somehow have magic mastery from somewhere else.. but wait Superman cannot use magic.. except when apparently he can.

Can someone explain this?

Superman Prime One Million is just Nigh-Omnipotence.

Recreating a Universe is still making a Universe (especially in his image), therefore he technically created his own Universe.

SB Prime tortured Mr. M because he was depowered at the time due to the Emperor Joker thing(I think). If Mr.M was at his full power then he would have destroyed him with a thought.

Maybe she wanted her husband to have the powers she does? Maybe he asked her because he was trying to better himself? Who knows. Its a comic. All that matters is that it happened and that's why he has reality warping powers.

Just because he may have had offspring while gaining powers that doesn't mean he has every power they do(not initially anyway). His spouses could've been other more powerful beings with a wider range of powers(Maxima) and he just wanted the powers too. He's still immortal so Im not too sure what youre asking there.
