A random dimensional gateway has carried Armstrong into the Fire Nation where he rescued some beleagured farmers from tax collectors. The local governor has heard of Armstrong's unusual powers and decided to hire the Combustion Man to get rid of him.
Combustion Man finds Armstrong at in a mountain meadow surrounded by pine forest. It's midday and the weather is clear.
Fighters are in character and standard victory conditions apply.
