Alan scott vs Captain atom
Alan Scott wins even if it is not his current status Alan is still the most powerful Lantern with constructs capable of containing Black Adam. As well Alan's power has been drained in the past and each time through sheer will power he had conjured up a new source of energy and fresh amount of juice. As well as coming to nigh stalemates with Mordru in the past and being able to engulf the entire planet in Starheart energy and creating a moon sized beam of starheart energy concentrated in to a projectile. Than to match he has speeds rivaling the Flash's and Supermen
" @Son_of_Magnus: How does any of that explain how he defeats Captain Atom? "Well his constructs are powerful enough to injure and toss about the likes of Parallax and Extant as well they are strong enough to hold a power house like Black Adam and he has the speed to match and put up his constructs to defend him self. As well the like Mordru are a most more dangerous threat than Captain Atom. And engulf the planet with a moon sized beam of concussive energy would put most powerhouses down or at least close to it. It was powerful enough to put down Obsidian a mega powerhouse. As well draining Alan energy would prove useless since on more than one occasion he has been able to refresh himself through pure will power
Anyway, if a blast is the size of the moon, it's not big enough to engulf the Earth. LOL.
" @Son_of_Magnus: Black Adam doesn't absorb energy. If the same tactic was used on Atom, he would sap the energy from those constructs and free himself. Mordru being more dangerous than Atom (who's beaten people more powerful than Mordru) is debatable. In any case, doesn't mean he'll defeat Atom. As far as using blasts of concussive energy (the size of the blast is of no consequence, anyway), doesn't matter when your opponent absorbs energy. Atom doesn't have to drain him to beat him. Just ask Hal Jordan. Anyway, if a blast is the size of the moon, it's not big enough to engulf the Earth. LOL. "No the beam expanded and overlapped the Earth like a wave covering the whole thing
