No. Especially if Alan has access to the Starheart. He was just too powerful. Casually owned a guy that was tearing apart the JSA and fought the JLA/JSA in Robinson's run.

Out of curiosity, how does someone have morals when bloodlusted ?

From teh piont of the Sentinel upgrade up to the Dark things ark, this would have been all Alan. His ability to draw on the full power of the starheart, puts him WAY beyond any GL not with ION.

After the Dark things ark however the Hack Guggenheim neutered Alan by making him have to retain will power at all times to contain the starheart. At the end of the last run of JSA this was contradicted by Guggeheim (did I mention how much of a HACK he is) in so far as Alan was able to completely control the starheart again to destroy and defeat a god who was powered by all super beings around him (and since the by this stage MEGA sized JSA roster was in town that meant quite powerful). All comes down to the version of Alan Scot. normal GL or Alan who couldn't heal himself (which was just weird when his own perception of himself dictated who and what he was for decades) would loose all others win.

Which versions of them? 
Equipment? 
Battlefield?

Strongest versions of both (within reason). They only get the very basic of equipment.
