 Swamp thing defeated the JL? How lol, definitely PIS...lol anywho, despite who created him...he's always been a dull character to me...the one guy I don't like or don't care for on the first team or from DC in general lol.
 
I respect Lee as much as anyone but have to go with Alan Moore here ....;) despite his characters not nearly as popular as Lee's(they're simply more badass power wise and more unique personality wise if you ask me) That's my opinion.  
 
But yeah Alan's team rapes Lee's because of Dr. M alone....here but if it's likeness obviously it's personal preference. Outside of Wolverine and Spidey, I think Moore's characters have more backstory, darker. And I like darker which is probably why I like Wolverine a lot from Lee. And Spiderman as far as I'm concerned has always been a "Superman" influenced character, shirt rip, boyscout etc

If Manhattan wasn't in this fight, then I think Marvel would win, but he is. Nobody can really match him.
 
On another note, I like Lee's characters more overall, although Rorschach and V are both two of my favourites ever.

Wolverine can take on the other people easily on Alan's team and is cool, take off Daredevil...lol Wolverine is far cooler then DD...lol but it's your thread man :)

The problem with Lee's side is that they lack someone to fight Manhattan. Unless Thor has the Thorforce, Moore's team probably wins.

Alan's side easily, you have Swamp thing who can't really be hurt by any of lee's characters, you also have Yat who can one shot all of them (save thor's 2 shots)
