Well, no chi makes Akuma weak sauce, to weak to fight honestly. Panther without gear is still super human. Its the Dark Hadou that gives Akuma his stats. Also the Game gives no sense of skill for Akuma unlike the comics.
Round 2
A pretty even fight whether game or comics. Akuma at this point is super human and has some powerful moves.
Round 3
Oni wins, Game version only applies here, there is no Comic Oni yet. He should win period.

Akuma blows up a large part of a forest with a single strike that can be seen from space.
Akuma can be very dangerous for Panther. We really dont know KOD Panthers full capabilities. We only know he absorbed and redirected lighting from Storm and took a blast from P5 Namor, but we dont even know if Namor was trying to even kill him.
I;m not too sure if Panther can take what Akuma has. I think comic book version of Akuma would win this, based off his destructive blast, IIRC he can bust a city.

Comic version is building buster. Game version is city buster.

If he is a city buster he probably stomps. Except maybe round 3. T'challa can do a lot with one day of prep.

Oh okay. Then he should take the comicbook version.
T'Challa with prep can develop a device that can neutralize his powers.
Im going to say, unless he has developed a chi Canceling machine in one day as a real feat, he cannot. otherwise we can claim he can beat say Galactus with a day prep :? Base on what?
T'Challa with prep can develop a device that can neutralize his powers.
Hard to say. He did that to typhoid mary but Akumas powers are different.
Typhoid Mary is also nowhere near Oni Akuma.

Pretty accurate when you look at Akuma and Shin Akuma feats in games. Oni Akuma is even more powerful. At least Capcom believe this game battle to be accurate for Oni Akuma who has only the volcano riding feat so far besides this showing.

Well he did also steal silver surfers powers. Only problem being is that we don't know how long it took him to create the device which allowed him to steal silver surfers powers.
He probably can't beat Akuma with one day of prep and 0 understanding of how his abilities work though.
